Koa Vans launched with six fully built luxury Sprinter vans—but no existing audience or brand presence. I was commissioned to art direct and design a website that established credibility from day one, positioning Koa as a premium alternative in a crowded van-conversion market. The visual system emphasized craftsmanship, material quality, and restraint—intentionally distancing the brand from the overly rugged, DIY aesthetic common in the category. The result was a polished digital flagship that communicated value, trust, and design-forward thinking before a single van was sold.

Alongside the website, we built Koa Vans’ social presence from the ground up, establishing a consistent visual language and content strategy to match the brand’s premium positioning. We also planned an influencer-led launch, partnering with select creators who took the vans on real-world adventures, earning commission while offering their audiences an exclusive incentive. The approach prioritized authenticity and reach over scale—and resulted in every van being sold.
